At McCormick, we stand behind the quality of our spices and seasonings; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and health reasons, all food items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
